Data Recovery

To protect your personal health info, Tidy app does not store your data in remote servers that can be hacked, breached, or used by third parties. No one else, not even us, can access your data. Proper precautions should be taken to ensure your data can be recovered in case Tidy app is deleted by mistake or your device is lost, stolen, or defective (see Data Backup).
Sometimes, despite precautions, users experience data loss, slow loading, or failure to restore. This can be due to several factors outside our control, such as iCloud issues, incompatible iOS updates, or poor wi-fi connectivity. Also, Apple gives priority to background refresh, high battery mode, paid tier users, conflicting iCloud accounts, or large iCloud storage limits.
To restore slow-loading data, try these quick fixes -
1. reboot your devices
2. verify your internet connection
3. check time of last auto-backup
4. update OS to most recent version
5. check iCloud settings and storage
6. delete and re-install app
7. wait several hours and try again
If backup still does not restore, try these steps:
1. go to Restore Any Saved Backup and find most recent backup file - then tap Save
2. open Time Machine to find earlier backup - then tap Recover
3. go to iCloud.com to find older version if available - and then tap Restore
