Data Transfer​

   Data transfer between your Apple devices is simple -

​

1. Go to Tidy settings and enable automatic backup. Your data will be saved to iCloud every 24 hours ( about 2 a.m. ). Or alternatively tap "Save to iCloud" button for immediate backup of your device. Please allow enough time for iCloud to complete the upload to your iCloud Drive.  Or you can use Apple's Handoff feature that utilizes bluetooth transfer between two nearby devices.

 

2. Then open Tidy app on the seoond device and tap "Restore from iCloud" button. A copy of the data on the first device will replace previous data in the application.

 

3.  Keep in mind that Tidy does not use iCloud Sync. We believe that healthcare info must be 100% reliable and do not trust Apple's Sync, which has been known to fail a significant amount of times. You have the right to know exactly when and where your data is transferred.

4. Troubleshooting - data transfer may pause at 50% depending on internet connectivity and traffic. Be patient. 

If transfers do not complete within a few minutes, check wi-fi speed, be sure iCloud Drive is enabled,  or perform a hard restart on your device. You can also try removing and re-installing Tidy app. If still not working, contact us.
